Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both as a captain and a participant of 2012's Fierce Five as well as 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. Aly Raisman is one of the gymnasts from the United America who was awarded gold medals at the 2012 Olympics. She was one of the few American to win the most medals at an Olympics. She took gold in the team event in the 2016 Olympics and was her as well as Gabby Douglas first Americans to win back-to-back golds. She also won silvers in the individual all around event and for floor work. After the 2 Olympics she took off from gymnastics competition for three years. She also was one of the gold medal winning American teams at two World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport since age of 2 and her favourite sport is floor exercise. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandma. She plans to pursue a career as a designer. She hopes to pursue expanding her trademark line of leotards. The book she is working on is called Fierce that will be released at the end of this year.
